In Japan green tea is often drunk with every meal.

my family tend to have this condition.

Drinking green tea also lowers your cholesterol which also decreases your risk from cancer, heart disease and stroke.
It also helps the insulin in your body to work more effectively which can prevent Type 2 diabetes.
It protects the kidneys and the liver and increases your energy.
It helps to burn fat helping you to lose weight.
It can even help with tooth decay and bad breath.
It can help with fertility because it does not contain any caffeine and is full of antioxidants.
Drinking

myself am not too keen on the taste of green tea so I drink the ones
that come with fruit. They taste better for me so I can get the health
